Staff was extremely helpful with bus/train-walking routes, nearby restaurants, tips and suggestions. Milo? was always friendly and very helpful and his suggestions were right on accurate! Nice room with great view even though west facing could still see the Eiger North Face from balcony–nice large balcony!
