By car
Drive through the village of Grindelwald. On the right you will see the Hotel/Restaurant Alpenblick and the stop for lines 121 and 124. Turn left at the next junction. Behind the hotel there are plenty of free parking spaces available.
Public transport
From Grindelwald station it takes about 8 minutes by regional bus. With our guest card or booking confirmation you travel for free. Bus 121 (year-round) and 128 (summer): stop "Grindelwald Alpenblick", then 5 min. on foot. Bus 124 (winter) stops at Hotel Kirchbühl.

Reserve your personal shuttle service for just CHF 10.00 per trip. We pick you up at the station and drive you directly to the hotel — even at short notice on +41 33 853 10 58.

Yes. A regional breakfast buffet is included in the room rate, as are coffee, tea and mineral water throughout the day.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the hotel.
How much does parking cost?
Nothing. Free parking is available behind the hotel.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
You can change or cancel free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. Over Christmas and New Year the period is 21 days.
How do I reach the hotel without a car?
About 8 minutes by regional bus from Grindelwald station. Lines 121 (year-round) and 128 (summer) stop at “Grindelwald Alpenblick”, a five-minute walk away. In winter, line 124 runs to Hotel Kirchbühl. Travel is free with your guest card or booking confirmation.
How far are the cable cars?
First and Pfingstegg are around 500 metres away, roughly 10 minutes on foot.
Can I dry my ski equipment?
Yes. A heated ski and drying room is available, so your gear is dry again by morning.
